"This hotel was located right at the main station when coming in from the airport which was great after a long day of travel - it was also an easy tram ride to anywhere we wanted to go in Vienna once we settled in. The rooms were clean, well-sized and the beds were comfy. All of the staff were friendly but the real reason for the 5 star review is Sara. She was incredibly kind and helpful and gave us great advice for our adventures in the city. She patiently answered all of our questions and...
