"Room was spacious and clean, staff were all really lovely. I had an issue at first and got moved straight away. Breakfast was great tho a little weird with having to get coffee from the bar area and not the breakfast restaurant. No expedia gold rewards offered at all tho and note the coffee facilities are just a kettle which is disappointing for a hotel like this."

The staff at the bar, reception and restaurant were fantastic and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to tend to an extra request or two. Breakfast selection was impressive and very tasty indeed! Thanks to Guvinder on Reception at check-in for the breakfast recommendation and for going that extra mile to deliver something special for our celebratory trip to Birmingham."

She is a total gem, Hyatt hotels, hold on to her! Solely based on our interactions with her I have recommended your hotel to many of my friends and family, several are planning to visit Birmingham and stay with yourselves. Thank you Gabriela!!!! I was travelling with my 12 year old daughter for our first special night away (3 older brothers were left at home) and she didn't want to leave the hotel and has already made me promise to bring her back. Our room was amazing, plenty of space, and spotlessly clean! We paid extra to have access to the club room and it was well worth it. The atmosphere in the hotel was so relaxing and inviting. Breakfast was fresh and gorgeous. The doorman (unfortunately I didn't get his name but know he has been there well over 12 years) was so friendly. The girl (again didn't get her name) in the spa was lovely. Thank you to all, we will definitely be back sooner rather than later. Would and have highly recommended your hotel to everyone!"
