"The staff were helpful and friendly.
The room was average as its location was not the best.
The breakfast area was dirty and more staff are needed to clean tables and provide utensils plates etc.
Meals were below average but the service was great.
Caters for families but not for adults without children on extended stays."
"The resort was amazing, spacious accommodation and modern facilities. Staff were friendly. Great views from our apartment. Easy access to Airley Beach Centre and the shuttle bus was convenient. Highly recommend."
"Good sized 2 bedroom unit but needed quite a few maintenance items carried out such as walls needed a fresh coat of paint, several globes needed replacing ,fan in bathroom needs updating just to name a few"
"I loved my stay…it is a tropical paradise, I will miss waking up first thing sitting on my little balcony with my first coffee for the day and enjoying all the beautiful birdsong. watching gorgeous butterflies fluttering everywhere. Walking the trails. Dips in the sea and lazing around the pool. Cocktails on the beach watching the sun go down Peace and quiet was what I was looking for and I definitely found it here . I would love to stay another time in the future. Thank you Palm Bay for a...
"This resort is brilliant for relaxing. Only 20 adults on site at any time, which provides a great ambience and chilled vibe. The transfers are magical - we chose the helicopter in, and the boat out. The food was terrific and the accommodation very good with great views.
The resort is highly recommended!"

One of our guest (whom is pregnant) informed the maintenance man we had no hot water. The maintenance man said just "use the spa that has heat".
She informed the maintenance man that she is pregnant and can not have a spa as its dangerous for pregnancies.
He simply responded with "that sucks".
The property was nice and comfortable but no hot water and a terrible customer...
"Located next to marina. Convenient location. Apartment was clean. Undercover secure carport downstairs with lift access.
The only downside is there is no curtain for the front which is all glass. There ia a metal gate privacy screen but you can see through to outside and people can see inside."
"Pros: Monique - the guest service agent from the reception was amazing! Would always get back to my calls and provide assistance accordingly, she even got me painkillers when I was unfortunately having bad cramps during my holidays! Spacious place!
Cons: One of our friends at the twin single bed rooms’ bed had old stains on her linen, so she wasn’t too comfortable in sleeping in it. And the floors were a bit dirty! Wifi was very weak. Parking was a little tight but overall is a very affordable...
