"I just wanted to share my experience. Overall, it wasn’t great, and I don’t think I need to go into every detail to explain why. I really wish the customer service had been better. We were honestly disappointed because we were expecting SoundWaves to be the main highlight, but when we arrived, we were simply told it was sold out.
