"Staff were very polite and helpful, all though some of the front desk staff don't have the best English-speaking skills. Parking is a nightmare. The hot"c" el parking is EXTREMELY limited, and you have to get a map emailed to you from the hotel in order to find the gate and get buzzed into the patking area which is really only suits small cars. Our Citroën Grand C4 Spacetourer barely fit between the lines. "

"We chose this area as it’s close to Heathrow and the perfect launching place for our touring holiday in England. This Holiday Inn is clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. On arrival we grabbed a snack in the bar before retiring for the night. Breakfast in the morning was a full English breakfast to help us start the day. "This is our 5th stay pre cruise at the Doubletree Hilton, all very clean and service very good. Easy check in. Comfortable clean rooms, this time we stayed half board and evening meal was excellent value for money. Breakfast was good. Do think car parking should be free though for guests staying at the hotel overnight."
