"Staff on reception and housekeeping were great. They were able to get us early check in, offered to help with bags etc to the room. It was a busy day/evening as we were there for a wedding, however most of the time just one person serving at the bar and not friendly. We had 2 rooms, one was a little tired/needed updating. "Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast. We stayed after the slamdunk festival. No issues with late check in, lots of parking, very clean, comfortable and quiet room. Sorted out an issue with Expedia not sending through confirmation I’d paid with them promptly and without fuss. Highly recommended, will definitely book for SlamDunk 2027."
