"Great hotel with excellent staff. Great food and breakfast as though a little pricey. Location is fairly near the centre and the tram stops close by. Only niggle this time was a noisy aircon unit in my room which woke me up a few time which didn’t get fixed."

"The 1st room we were given was very damp and accessed via an external staircase. They moved us when we complained"
