"We were snowed in and they accommodated us with very short notice even gave us a upgrade for our Patience while they tried to find us a room. Room was very clean and spacious with nice amenities. Staff was pleasant, facilities were nice and abundant with lots of things for the family to do. We'll definitely be coming back and booking here again!!!"

"Enjoyed the stay. Was dismayed that I had to jump through several hoops because I did not have my license, just a photo and a temporary I.D. Our group is not happy that the majority of your slot machines are all progressives now and it is not a draw to go to Reno and play as much as it used to be. On the good side, check out was easy, the rooms were nice but the beds are sooo hard!"

"Nice place to stay. Very good location. Very disappointed they put regulators on the HVAC. It was snowing outside and I was too warm inside and couldnt even get it cool enough. Also water pressure was very weak. Seems they are looking to cut cost in every way possible but it brings down the experience. Overall i would stay there again though. "

"Rooms clean. But didn't get what i reserved. They reassigned my 2nd room of 2 doubles (after placing a "do not reassign" note when the first room was checked in. The roons were to be connecting or adjoing, because ofvthe children traveling with me. Ended up with 2nd room being a King, instead of 2 double beds."

"Great place to stay! Love there pool! I always look forward to visiting Bally’s however this time I was alittle bummed. They didn’t have the nightclub open Friday or Saturday. I went next door to Harrahs to dance with the band instead. "

"Had great front desk and bell and valet staff. Took housekeeping a couple of hours to deliver the sheets for the pullout bed for out child (well past her bedtime). We liked that there was 2 bathrooms but didn't like that there was a coat of pink slime on the floor of one of the showers. Opted for a late checkout and was locked out of room when we returned from the event we were attending. Probably would rather try out a different hotel next time in town. "

"This hotel was excellent as the room was very nice and clean. Customer service is superb and I highly recommend staying at Atlantis when coming to Reno. No complaints on my end!"
