"We stayed at the river rock as we were in Vancouver for a concert. We utilized the complementary parking, however the Parkade was a pretty long trek to haul our luggage to and from the car. Front desk staff was not interested in supporting us with trolly, or shorter routes to and from. Our bathroom did not have a bathroom fan, wall paper was peeling in the bathroom and lighting was also awful in the unit. Over all the hotel was ok, but not even close to what we were expecting and the staff were...

"Room clean, hotel clean, great staff but the bed was too firm!"

"Clean rooms, outdated building, though inside the rooms it was ok and main lobby area is nice also. They should offer complementary breakfast, had to go to tim horton's to get toast and a bagel because they only offered this big "a la carte or buffet menu... " I recommend, close to the airport,close to restaurants in richmond. Room was clean and nice. Only bad comment we have is please remove carpets, it smells bad and keeps in moisture. We prefer hard surface flooring in hotel rooms."
