"On checking in for the 3 nights were we advised there was no parking available & had to park at the convention center (high cost); disappointing being you can't book a car park so it's first come basis. We were then also quizzed about the car we had as they thought we had illegally parked out the front. Listing stated daily housekeeping yet reception informed us it's only every 3 days?? Not what I paid for. Found the staff short & poor communicators. Would not stay again."

"Clean, but old and shabby rooms"

"all good!"

"Nothing unique. Beds were clean and comfy and there were plenty of towels. The curtains were dirty and so was under the beds and tv remote control. The desk chair was broken but maintenance guy quickly replaced it. Generally very dated and needs an update. However, the price was reasonable. Definitely a 3 star hotel not a 4 star."

"Excellent room with an awesome view of the river, all the staff were very friendly and professional. Highly recommend the Double Tree"
