"We had a great experience at the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable about the local area and very helpful. Room facilities were really good. The Nespresso machine is a nice touch. Our only criticism is the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food is lovely, but it is very expensive compared to other local places and the breakfast was expensive for the continental offering provided and didn’t offer value for money in our opinion. "Hotel is near more residential areas of Vienna, but that's exactly what we wanted. It's well connected to transport with 2 U-Bahn lines about 5-10 mins walk away, and a few major tram lines.
Great property, I really appreciate the high ceilings and really nice lighting fixtures."

"Definitely a three star hotel, not 4 as advertised. Some things were what you can expect in an older building: the elevator being out of service for the entire stay (though hearing staff every morning that someone is coming to fix it that afternoon), and the shower not functioning properly.
However, I’ve never stayed at a four star that had a body wash/shampoo/conditioner all in one… these are always separate products. There was only two pumps of soap left in the vanity soap dispenser, which...

"We started in room 121. Lots of street noise, even at night. We asked to be moved and they put us in 210 facing into the courtyard. Very quiet ! Ask for 208, 209, or 210 or a higher floor same corresponding numbers.
