"I was extremely disappointed with my stay this weekend. The pool was closed due to construction, and the rooftop bar area shut down at 10 PM. With temperatures over 90 degrees and it being NBA Championship weekend, the amenities were the primary reason my wife and I chose this hotel. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations, and we left very dissatisfied."

"Hidden fees and depending on which staff member you got you received different information! Parking, internet, food and “destination fee” were not relayed properly and felt deceptive. Room was nice however the ceiling looked as if recent water damage. The location is in heart of everything and I felt safe."

"Absolutely everything about this hotel was AMAZING…the only hiccup was the elevators were not working properly and had to wait over 20 minutes just to get on elevator but overall I will forever stay here when I’m in Charlotte"

"Service was completely unsatisfactory for the price of the hotel. me & my partner called the hotel numerous times to tell them our flight was delayed & would be arriving late. "This is my go to hotel for my business trips to Charlotte for years. But after finding out on this trip that there is a "Destination" fee per night, I will need to rethink my future stays . I am saddened by this surprise fee that was never there before in all the years I have stayed at the Westin. I was informed that this fee provides the guest with free attraction passes, a small credit for food at the hotel restaurant, enhanced WI-FI, elite green juice.
I don't understand why/how this fee...
