"We booked be ause this hotel has air conditioning and the weather forecast looked like we might need it. AC is not readily avaliable in UK. Was disappointed that the staff said they would help with arranging transportation to Heathrow ( in email correspondence) and then when we asked at the desk, they told us to do it ourselves! And our second request ( for a late check out of 12:45) was denied. They said the best they could offer was 12:00. We ended up checking out at 11 and leaving our bags...

"The staff went above & beyond to make sure my oxygen supply was put into the room as soon as we arrived. Provided a room within easy walking distance to facilities & allowed us to check in 3 hours early. There was 9 in our group & the restaurant was happy to move tables around so we could sit together. A lovely stay! Well done Crowne Plaza Marlow!"

"Helpful staff member at check-in gave us useful information on the nearby Park & Ride buses into Oxford. Clean, quiet room with bath as well as shower. Relaxed area with comfy seats to eat breakfast."

"We only stayed for 1 night, but really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was excellent, friendly staff and very nice rooms. We also booked dinner at the in house restaurant ‘1924’, which was very nice indeed. Excellent food quality and again friendly attentive staff. Would definitely come back if ever in the area again."
