"The pool and water park were closed on the first 30 degree day of spring, we stayed here so the kids could use the facilities that were not operating. the guy at check in told us nothing about the QR code to order room service or that the pool was shut"
"My apartment was luxurious. Bed and linen were excellent. Beautiful resort, stunning views from my deck and lovely walk around the golf course. Dinner was not over priced and was excellent. Service with a smile and interaction which was welcome after being on the road for a few days"

Front desk staff was very nice and friendly man. Room is clean, no bad smell with clean towels.
Walking distance to shops and restaurants
Cons:
Not suitable for smokers, have to go out of hotel around the corner.
Cleaner was banging on door with cart at 9.30am asking us to leave.
If you coming to enjoy wineries, better to book out of town. This was last min plan otherwise I prefer out of town."
"We had a pleasant time in Mercure Hunter valley . It is very close to Hunter valley gardens, and village. Excellent location walking distance to places to eat and enjoy coffee etc. Our room had a great view towards the lake and vineyard. Easy parking spot right in front of room area."
"I was very pleased with our villa. It was clean, inviting and the view was really nice. The bed was comfortable as well. I loved the cook your own breakfast and the supplies were really good! Thanks for a great experience, we will be back. If you’re lucky you’ll see some kangaroos and a variety of native birds."

We stay there regularly.
Only complaint was we were in the disabled unit room 9 and there was no outside light. It made it difficult to find where to put the key and to see where you walking."
