"We booked a family suite for 4 days. The hotel was lovely, the lobby is full of art and sculptures and the service at the front desk was good. Our room was so well thought out with plenty of storage and wardrobe spaces perfect for a family. The bedroom had a very generously sized bed which was super comfy and in the living room the sofa bed was a decent size with a well padded mattress unlike other places we have stayed in. The room was lovely and clean and the bathroom was in good condition...

"My only complaint is that with being eco friendly there wasn't a way to make the room cold enough to be comfortable sleeping. I was sweating throughout all 3 nights of my stay. If the weather is hot outside the eco hotel conditioning system doesn't suffice. On a positive note it was a clean and fun environment!"

"Good hotel as described- perfect for a city break when you’re not wanting to spend much time in the hotel! Hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and a shop nearby, as well as walking distance to checkpoint Charlie and transport to the sights of Berlin. The bed was the highlight for us and it was SO COMFORTABLE!! Absolutely perfect for after a long day of walking and exploring the city would definitely stay here again! Thank you for our stay!"

"Great building, lovely staff and a great, well equipped room. Only 2 negatives. 1. My room had lots of dust around the tv and surrounding console, and I don’t usually notice that kind of thing. 2. There is no late night menu and every time we tried to get food outside of breakfast the restaurant was closed. I would have expected a 4 star place to have a small room service menu"

"If you’re staying in the Karlshorst area this is an excellent choice. A short walk from Tierpark U-Bahn and directly next to a tram stop it’s a clean, cheerful modern hotel with friendly staff and a lovely breakfast room. I dropped one star where I would only have deducted a half, because having requested a toilet roll at reception it never turned up.
