"Customer service was horrible; I felt like they were questioning me like I were a criminal; front desk let people cut in line while doing my check in with all our documents/passport info visible; attitude was bad while I asked for a map; hotel is very old; rooms were dirty. Amenities were minimal! The only good thing about this hotel was the location that’s about 5 minute walk to the train station. It is very questionable that this hotel is 4 star????!!!!"

"We stayed for 13 nights. *The Buffett breakfast very average from The first morning. *Front staff ok for calling a cab. * Went to front staff for help as we were locked in a cab as the driver insisted on more money ( this was the 2nd time) asked the person who served us do you speak English he said yes very clearly and spoke very clearly but would do nothing to help at all. We felt very alone as older travellers. The hotel is in a great location."
