"Racism abounds!! The front desk staff were only too eager to place my husband and I in inferior rooms when we arrived. I had to aggressively self advocate as a woman of colour (and the one paying the tab!) for a room on the top floor! The hotel decor is nice but dated… lots of dark browns and beiges…. The cafe front staff was disrespectful and condescending. We waited more than five minutes to be acknowledged. They whispered to each other for a couple minutes then without even a “good day”...

"Incredible room, facilities we’re excellent, plus the reception were more than accommodating with a later than anticipated check-in thanks to the brilliance of TSA at LaGuardia Airport. Will definitely come back again as a beautiful place to stay."

"The kitchen was not great. No microwave, had expresso machine we prefer coffee pot or kuerig they did bring after asking twice. No dish towel or dish soap ect. Pretty sparse."
