I had to ask for compensation for being kept up until 10:30pm. I get in at 2am that morning.... I got a coffee as compensation of 5 hours of no sleep...not good."

Staff was not helpful regarding the extra charges on breakfast, I paid again and when went down for breakfast the next day the staff said I did not pay. Very frustrating."

"Really friendly staff and a clean, quiet room. Recommended."

"A very shabby room with stained furnishings, bedding and carpet. staff at reception were abrupt and unhelpful. An embarrassment!"

The Studio suite was small (as expected) but adequate with a small table for two and a kitchenette that does include hotplates and oven. The balcony is enclosed with partially openable windows. Free wifi is included. We paid $14 per day to park in the secure undercover carpark which is very...
