"Unfortunately not a great stay, however value for the little money we spent. Very cold time of year, and heatpump was rubbish, didn't heat properly, hot water was not hot, only luke warm. Spa and hot water pool barely warm, and sauna at millennium wasn't hot either. Laundry was disgusting, washing didn't spin, used drier twice and still didn't get dry. No washing powder and spent twice as much as i should have because of rubbish machines (pld school coins machines) This was luckily made up for...

"The room was plain, clean and dated but that’s ok, communal areas are dated. Shower needed some attention beyond cleaning. Staff were friendly and cheerful the maintenance person was amazing so kind. He was a credit to the place. Helped us find our way initially as we were seriously lost. The signage is a bit lacking in how to get places. He then brought us a new fridge as one in room was broken. Such a lovely person who I imagine does not get a lot of credit. The restaurant staff were lovely...

"Great view of the lake from room. Would have preferred double glazed windows not single. Condensation forms due to being bloody freezing outside and the heat pump going."
