"The staff was warm, smiley, and courteous. There was an issue with the room, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. The rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel owner was a pleasant person who came to talk with us, gave us tips on where to travel, and asked for our suggestions on how to improve the hospitality. "One of the best all-inclusive resorts I've visited, and I've been to four now. We travelled with a 16, 13, and 10-year-old. Each night, there was a different themed food, but still the same options available if the kids didn't want to try anything new. There are four different pools and food bars around the resort. Entertainment is available throughout the day if you want to change things up. The Star Beach isn't the best, but it offers several water sports you can pay for. The beach a short walk left or right of Star Beach is far nicer."
