"Really thankful for upgrading my triple room to a nice, clean, quiet 2-room apartment with cooking facilities. Will definitely use Hotel Sailer again if I visit Innsbruck. Highly recommended!"

"Friendly staff, very helpful. I asked for 2 extra pillows, and they were delivered within a minute. Clean, adequate, nice room for the price. Excellent location. For the price range, this is a top notch hotel."
"Good location. Our bathroom flooded during our stay but the manager handled it very well, politely, and quickly! Upon check-in the staff member available seemed dismissive when we asked for directions to their secondary parking garage."
"Awesome hotel in the city, garage parking, nice hot tub on the balcony, and great staff. Breakfast was delicious as well. The room was spacious with everything we needed. Loved it"
