The “heaven and earth” theme created a unique and immersive atmosphere that really set the tone for the whole experience. The vibe throughout the space was relaxing, creative, and full of personality. One of my favorite parts? The little bakery in the front! Such a charming touch—and the treats were delicious. It added a cozy, welcoming feel to the whole place. If you’re looking for something different, stylish, and full of good energy, I 100% recommend staying here! P.s mine came with a personal rooftop. "Probably one of the best stays during our travel. everything about this property is simply perfect. the staff was super courteous, location was just 5 minute walk from train station and City Center. located just accross Santa Maria Church, it was the perfect choice and is highly recommended.10/10"

"Five star service Giorgio!!! Concierge was amazing and very helpful. Downstairs bartender was great. Hotel is a little far out from the center but totally walkable to almost anywhere. The hotel rooftop view was magical. They had a live band during sunset to make it an unforgettable evening. Our room was spacious. The bed could use some work very hard and not to comfortable. The aesthetics in the room were true luxurious. I loved it and will stay again this October."

Breakfast buffet, rooftop cocktail bar & pool, lobby bar & restaurant on the plaza were relaxing spaces to spend time in addition to lovely rooms when not touring. SMN train station makes day trips from Florence so easy. I wish we could’ve spent our entire trip in Italy based right here!"
