"Beautiful view. Friendly staff."

"Would highly recommend. Great location helpful staff and large clean comfortable rooms"

"Very friendly staff, Great place to stay. Nice restaurant, good room with balcony, just no airco as stated on Expedia which is misleading. They do have a Dyson fan, just no real airco. Good parking with charging opportunity."

"It was a great stay. Now we see why they have so many good reviews. It was worth the money."

"An absolute fairytale stay! The property is located inside a castle and every single detail is beautifully curated, from the gardens to the rooms and the breakfast hall. "End of a 3 week vacation and this hotel was a great ending. Quiet location away from the chaos of many of the more touristy towns along the Mosell. The breakfast room is beautiful and we had the best meals of our entire trip here. The staff are friendly and helpful and if we were to return to this area would definitely stay again! Thank you"

"The room was great , but service can be improved in both the check in area and the breakfast."

"Overall good, but the breakfast buffé was not very fresh at 11 am and the gym was less then expected given the focus of the hotel. "

"This place was exceptional. The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The rooms were immaculate and the surroundings were very peaceful. We loved our stay. A good base for exploring the local area. Thank you"

"Great breakfast, helpful friendly staff and very nice rooms"

"Excellent value for the price. Pleasantly surprised our suite had A/C. Very charming hotel with great courtyard for breakfast/dinner. Didn’t get to use sauna, but heard it’s great. Staff was super helpful with recommendations for wineries and hiking trails."

"Trevligt rum med balkong och trevlig personal."
