"I was a little disappointed because it said that coffee was included with the room. The first day was okay, but on the second day, when we asked for creamer, they said we had to pay for it. Usually, most hotels include coffee. It was surprising that we stayed at Novotel Zurich and they didn't have that policy."

"All in all very good. However the breakfast was mediocre and the warm food wasn’t warm. Two days we didn’t get any water in the room, and one day we didn’t get a replacement toilet roll without asking."

"The property is perfectly located and is situated on a comfortable open square that make you feel safe and gives an upscale appearance for the hotel. It is 1 block away from the Geneva lake bridge and in the middle of the high end shopping and dining district. The hotel definitely feels and looks like a 4 or 5 star accommodation. Breakfast and dinner were great and excellent food. Stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights"
