"Great hotel, very quiet and with loads of parking. But dinner was only Pizza and in a box, come on that not really appropriate for this level of hotel."

"Everything about this hotel is great except for the food. The hotel has a 24h room service but no restaurant and the food is provided in little jars by a catering company. The food is edible but really not what you would expect in France and is poor value for money. I had a quick look at the breakfast buffet but did not bother knowing that nothing is cooked on site and went to a local bakery (Boulangerie Maniez) instead. "The Abbaye is in a particularly beautiful location next to the lake. The hotel is very high-quality with excellent dining, and there are other good, if expensive, restaurants in the village."

"Its a decent 4 star hotel with exceptional service . Very quite and relaxing. The rooms facing the valley and mountains are the best for views. Its well priced. Plenty of parking. Basic gym with sauna. No complains. "

"The room needs a few extras. Better bigger towels. No wash clothes. Nespresso machine great. There is a water kettle in the room but they only leave one bag of tea unless you ask. Shower is good. Not enough electric outlets in the room. Need to disconnect the nespresso machine in order to plug the phone charger, etc…Next time I will try a different hotel in La Clusaz. Just take a chance…"

"Close to ski telecabine, convenient, clean and quiet, it is not close to town centre 25 minute walk or 5/7 minute by car. Car park in town centre not easy in hot hour."

"Lovely hotel just out of town but they shuttle you in and out (and to the slopes) - 5 min drive max. And I walked into town this evening - 15 mins downhill. But the best thing were the staff - absolutely lovely. Big mention to Louise who was helpful and delightful. Thank you to everyone working at Mamie Megeve. Highly recommend. "

Marvellous view from a South-facing room with balcony, as well as from reception and from the restaurant. Super-practical ventilated lockers in the ski room. Super close to one of the main chair lifts. Special mentions for the lady in charge of service at the restaurant, for dinners, and for service at the Sport 2000 ski rental shop inside the building.
