"Our flight arrived early but the staff was super accommodating and gave us a room prior to normal check in time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good offering the standard fare: pan con tomate, jamón, sausichòn, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, cereal, eggs, bacon, Nespresso coffee, tea, and fresh juices. Our room was on the ground floor facing the pool and they were renovating most of the rooms in our wing. There was a bit of noise from that but they cleaned up and stopped working at a decent hour. There was some noise when they set up again in the morning. The room was large and mostly clean. There was a nice large area/bench for luggage. However, the room was hard to cool down. It was probably a combination of a weak air AC and the afternoon sun. The shower had bits of black mold and the water continually leaked out of the shower and on to the bathroom floor. We used the towels to soak up the water. We were only there for one night so it was fine but annoying. There were no shower amenities except body wash. You had to request amenities from the front desk. The bed was large and comfortable but not the most comfortable we have had. Honestly we were very grateful that we received the room early especially after traveling 22+ hours that day. We would be willing to give it another try, but we would pay the extra money to stay at the Axor which is in the same area and closer to Plenilunio shopping center."

"Overnight stay for connecting flight. Very good check in experience. Great to have the free shuttle bus . Room was enormous but we were given a free upgrade!! Approx 5 min walk to shopping centre with plenty of food options. Would definitely use this hotel again"
