I never had any problems with this, however, one night, a cleaning man along with a front desk receptionist knocked really loudly on my room door at 10pm to see if everything was “ok. The girl at the front desk had already seen me arrive at the hotel, so I don't know why she needed to come to my room and knock on the door so...

"Quarto confortavel , Pontos de melhoria : Travesseiros pessimos , moles demais. Box com porta de blindex apenas em 50% do do box causando alagamento no banheiro . Pontos pessimos : Atendimento das recepcionistas ( uma morena de cabelo cacheado e a outra senhora que me parece oriental ) Grossas , e com ma vontade no atendimento ."

"Everything was great, except thwt we had to change rooms because the window wouldn't close all the way and there was a gap on the wall that let noises and heat come in the room. It all made the room noisy. Second room worked out great. Staff was fantastic and super helpful!"

"Excelente hotel, porém eu tive um problema no estacionamento. Notei, somente algumas horas após ter saído do hotel, que houve um acidente ocorrido pelo pessoal que estaciona o carro na garagem. Ocorreu um risco profundo que afetou a pintura do pára-choque dianteiro lado do motorista. Ainda não devolvi o carro, mas tenho certeza que serei penalizado por isso"
