We were delighted to stay at Hotel Podere Sette Piagge for our first night in Italy. It was a beautiful setting and our gracious hosts welcomed us and made us feel at home. Breakfast was outstanding as well.

This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip to Umbria. The hotel was beautiful! The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The best accommodations we've had in Italy. The rooms are so cute! The stone walls, brick ceiling, and chandelier... I felt like I woke up in a castle. The entire property is just beautiful!! What a wonderful experience. We rolled into Bolsena on a whim in a Friday evening in April. The place we’d booked online was closed! So we found Casa di Agatha online and made a reservation. When we pulled up is was dark and also looked closed, but soon Tiziano pulled up to let us in. The rooms are in a very old and beautifully preserved building. Very good location. Very clean. Nearby free parking. Breakfast was just okay. Too much unnecessary clutter and perfumery airfreshner smell in room in my opioion. Seemed totally unnecessary as rooms were spotlessly clean. Luggage rack in room would be helpful. Would definitely recommend.

The smaller, children, pool is further away and down many stairs. There are many comfortable seats by the main pool. I wish the main pool had a variation in depth.Breakfast is heavenly. All the staff we encountered were very friendly.

This is a beautful, remote location. If unfamiliar with the area we strongly suggest getting here in daylight hours since it can be tricky to find. Once you do you will enjoy it.
