"This hotel was so much better in person than it looked online. The rooms were large and we had a balcony with outdoor seating. The staff were very nice and helpful, the air conditioning worked well which was appreciated as it was very hot while we were there. The breakfast buffet was lovely. The location was central to everything. Maybe not perfect for people with mobility issues, as there are some stairs to negotiate here and there, but that is true of many hotels in historic areas."
"Ottimo hotel e personale molto gentile e professionale. Letto comodissimo e climatizzazione perfetta. L'unica pecca riscontrata è la piscina che presenta sul fondo parti scrostate e le sedute imbottite delle sedie che sono da ripristinare in quanto ci si sprofonda.
Per il resto tutto ottimo."
"Hotel Vanucci is beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the location. Cute town of Citte De Pieve. Great breakfast and the restaurant is also very good there.

"The smaller, children, pool is further away and down many stairs. There are many comfortable seats by the main pool. I wish the main pool had a variation in depth.Breakfast is heavenly. All the staff we encountered were very friendly."
"Hotel dotato di ampio parcheggio, con una bella reception e personale gentile e disponibile. A 2 passi dal lago, presenta una bella piscina con lettini e ombrelloni. L'interno è elegante e le camere sono confortevoli. Abbiamo avuto un problema con l'aria condizionata, ma si sono adoperati per risolverlo. Colazione minimal, si potrebbe fare di più."

This is a mobile home, so everything is small but in good conditions.
Staff is friendly but the major problem was that they want you to pay extra all the bed sheets and towels.
With a family of 5 this ended up to 120 euros (!)
I politely refused stating that there was no mention of this on the site and after a while they agreed
that don't give any ground,"
"Um hotel típico toscana numa aldeia típica Toscana e muito acolhedora. Hotel com vistas fantástica , colado ao Duomo. Fantástico jardim e piscina. Acesso ao centro da pequena aldeira (praticamente uma rua) com bons restaurantes. Serviço excelente e muito simpáticos. A melhorar apenas o pequeno almoço que está longe de estar à altura deste maravilhoso hotel."
