"Great hotel and exceptional staff who could not do enough for us. 15 mins easy walk from the Lake itself and main attractions, shops, ferry port, bus station etc. Como is a terrific hub to get around the lake and beyond. Our twin room was spacious with lots of amenities though area above desk could do with better lighting. Poor hairdryer but we had our own. Whole hotel was spotlessly clean. Great pool area too. Reception, Dining Room Staff and the barman up on the rooftop pool were so lovely...

"We were travel by train n taxi to reach the property, no travel support between train stations n hotel. The property is next to the lake quite side, walking 10 mins to some nice restaurants Shuttle bus was available to Bellagio The property was a bit old n some upgrade are undergoing. "Staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and the pool was great. Park Hotel Principe is a sister hotel to the much more elegant Park Hotel Leopold across the street. "I believe I was in the annex room, so its probably a bit different than the other rooms. My room was large and tastefully accessorized. The property is in a great location. Super friendly staff completes the picture. My only recommendation is to upgrade electrical outlets with USB ports for charging travelers electronics. "

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Asnigo. Beautiful view with our room, firm comfy bed, quiet, and very kind service. As others mentioned, the cab situation in Cernobbio is abysmal and the walk back up to the hotel can be a steep challenge but was only a real issue when we were on a time crunch. And even then we made it work. (If you have a car this would be a non-issue I’d imagine.) The staff kindly assisted with calling us cabs and the walk down the hill, though steep is quite nice.
