"Overall a bad experience. There are far better hotels/stays for just a few more quids:
Room condition:
Degraded, dirty and with questionable stains everywhere and we witnessed ants moving pieces of food from under the bed (see photos). Cupboard couldn’t close properly and pops open midnight. Windows had strong watermarks so you can’t really enjoy the view.
Service:
The manager look-a-like gives zero respect to customers, abruptly stopping people mid sentence to say whatever he needs to say....
"I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was convenient and made it easy to explore the surrounding area.
For other travellers, I’d recommend checking the room options when booking and considering what facilities are most important to you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and good choice for a relaxing trip. I would be happy to stay here again."
"الإقامة في الفندق لا بأس بها ..النظافه جيدة.. والفطور عادي جدا..والثلاجة مقفله ولا يمكن استخدامها الا بالطلب.. طلبوا منا الدفع مجددا مع ان المبلغ سحب قبل وصلنا الى الفندق بيوم وبعد الأخذ والعطاء معهم اقتنعوا بخطأهم"
"Nice location near the airport for a quick stay. Airport pickup was provided with a midnight arrival. Awoke to lush gardens in a very quiet area of town. The staff was very help in arranging a tour. Nalaka setup tuktuks and boat tour. He also shared some tips on surroundings cities. Breakfast and dinner options were very good and promptly prepared. "
"This was the first part of our stay in Sri Lanka and our host made us feel very welcome-waiting outside for us on our arrival and giving us a choice of rooms in either the original hotel or the new one up the road.
The rooms were clean and spacious and the swimming pool was very clean and cleaned every day.

"تصميم الفندق رائع جدا وجميل ويحتوي على حدائق رائعة.
بركة السباحة بتصميم رائع ولكن موقعها في الطريق الى غرف الفندق الامر الذي لا يعطي الراحة للشخص الذي يود الاسترخاء في البركة.
الغرفة جميلة ولكن ذات مستويين للارضية سفلي يوجد به الكنب و مستوى علو ي فيه السرير و الدولاب و المكتب و مدخل الحمام مما يوحي بصغر الغرفة.
تصميم الحديقة رائع جدا و لكن أظن انه هناك بعض النباتات التي تجذب الحشرات و البعوض و لعدم جودة إحكام الباب المؤدي الى الشرفة و عدم جودة إحكام نافذة الحمام الامر الذي يسهل دخول الحشرات و...
"Das Hotel ist eine tolle Ausgangsbasis, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten im Bereich Colombo zu entdecken. Die Zimmer sind sauber, komfortabel und mit allen, was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist sehr erholsam. Das Essen ist wie die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals nicht zu übertreffen. Nur der Strand ist zum Schwimmen nicht so geeignet.
Wellness wurde auch angeboten, leider hatten wir zu knapp geplant."
