"We had sewage grow into our bathroom from the upstairs room. Our toothbrushes and bathroom toiletries were splattered with literal poop. The bathroom smelled like sewage. When the maintenance came she advised us work was being performed in the room above us and she would wait u til we leave to continue. "The room was clean and the bathroom was clean as well. The room did not have a refrigerator and the front desk would have room service deliver ice when requested."
