"Negatives-Terrible noise pollution from nearby pubs & clubs until 5am. Our rooms 333 & 334 suffered damp bedding due to faulty air conditioning throughout our stay this also caused a musty smell and black mold was present around the unit and our room especially the bathroom-We quickly became ill.
Some reception staff are quite rude and dismissive and don’t want to help resolve the issues, denying or using excuses for any issues we faced instead of trying to rectify them. The exception being...
"We stayed for 6 nights. First we are got room near the reception, it was very noisy at late evening and early morning. I asked to change the room , reception stuff change with out problem. Food was good and tasty , big variety. My son likes swimming pool, it is very clean , with salt and warm water.
I recommend this hotel."

menage bien fait tout les jours les femmes de ménage sont agréable et très gentille.
bon les repas sont bons mais redondants normal vous me direz.
carte du snack prêts de la piscine très peu option en all inclus si non faut payer pour une salade ou autre que de frites ou un sandwich pain de mie.

"Apartamento muy amplio, bien equipado y silencioso. Terraza muy grande con mesa, sillas y hamacas. Buenas limpieza y muy cómodo. La pega es que tienes que alojarte más de 8 noches para que entren a limpiar y cambien toallas, y los horarios de los servicios estan muy adaptados al mercado inglés, por ejemplo la piscina cierra a las 7. Tambien como punto a mejorar, en nuestro apartamento saltaron los plomos un par de días y cada vez que salíamos teníamos la incertidumbre de si saltaban y se echaba...

Die Hotelanlage im liebevoll angelegten Jardin-Stil ist wunderschön und die Poollandschaft lädt zum Entspannen ein. An einigen Stellen merkt man dem Hotel zwar sein Alter an, gleichzeitig wird aber sichtbar in die Instandhaltung investiert – kleinere Reparaturen konnten wir sogar während unseres Aufenthalts beobachten.

"We had a great stay at this resort and would definitely recommend it. The rooms were clean, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The customer service was excellent from start to finish.
The only small negative was that the mattress could have been a little more comfortable, but it certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise wonderful stay.
The location was perfect for us—not right in the middle of the busy tourist area, but close enough for a pleasant walk...
"This hotel is lovely. Everything is close within the hotel so easy to access where you want to be.
The Swimming pool is a sloping one and the deep end is 1.45mtrs my daughter was able to stand up in it fully. The only floating rings they allow can be purchased for €6 at their mini shop which is on the same floor as the snack bar.

"This was an excellent complex. We had a 3 bedroomed, spacious, clean apartment. The air conditioning was very much welcomed.
The pool and bar area was nice and the pool always had a life guard on duty.
The apartment was close to Siam Park and we could walk down the hill to the entrance within 15 minutes. The main resort was also a short walk. We really enjoyed this holiday. Thank you."
