"After checking in that evening I discovered that the elevator I was using was malfunctioning because it took me to a different floor from the floor I was supposed to get off. Later that evening, I tried to go downstairs and the elevator I was in, got stuck on a floor above mine, door wouldn't open , no movement-JUST FROZEN. After 8-10 minutee elevator started to move going downstairs and eventually I got off on the main floor. I complained to make staffer behind front desk."

The bed was perfect for a good night’s rest, and everything was well-maintained. I also appreciated how quiet the hotel was—it made it easy to relax and unwind. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and quick travel into New York City. Parking was easy, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt safe and inviting. What really stood out was the customer service—everyone I encountered went above and beyond to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!"
