"Breakfast was very ordinary. Jazz lounge was fun - good music, decent dessert. But worse was the staff, especially during check out. A) front desk wouldn’t pick up the phone so we requested reservations to allow late check out which they did till 1230 pm. However, apparently front desk did not get the update despite reservations lady confirming it’s on the system. Anyway, reception sent someone to our room at 1130 as original check out time was 11 am and they came banging at the door - not a...

"My only complaint is the rooms had a stale odour. Otherwise staff and hotel were very good and the pool was great for my young traveller. "

"I was charged for bed and breskfast, but on arrival told, no breakfast; that was a mistake. Also no coffee or tea facilities in room or indeed anywhere on premises. Had to go to Tim Horton's. Absolutely no soundproofing. Could hear conversations in the next room and their television, as well as phone calls in check in. House is lovely and the room was nice, but i had calked ahead and asked for a room with a bath and got only a shower. For over $230 a night i expected better."
