"The eat tower was dirtier than the other. Elevators totally sucked, many issues. Road noise from highway too much. Get train side next time and assure to stay in west tower."

"First time in Reno. We wanted a place that was centrally located that we can walk to everything. The Riverwalk was cool. But there was not much to do elsewhere, almost no places to walk to...no gift shops or great eateries. Very limited. Felt unsafe walking around, homeless smelly areas, everything was very dated. The hotel had cigarette smell throughout property. The room, we had 2 queen, was very small. I would not come back. Sorry, I was disappointed overall."
