"Buffet breakfast was great. Room was clean. Great view of downtown LA."

"Hotel check in was a little longer than expected, but our receptionist made every effort to accommodate our room requests. Hotel shuttle took forever. We stood there for almost 45 minutes. "Enjoy staying here; the bar is a nice touch playing Latin music and the food choices are impressive for the Asian customer base in musing noodle soup and pepper pork chops;"

"Everything was nice except the dinning services the rooftop & breakfast services were by far not the best staff was delayed they kept forgetting our orders making it longer for us to wait for our drinks and food it would be nice if they got the food customer service on point"

"Always enjoy our stay at the LINE! Can't wait to go back!!"

"We had a terrific stay at the hotel. The staff was fantastic and the location is excellent! It's a very short walk to Universal Hollywood and City Walk, with continuous shuttle service throughout the day if you don't want to walk. Check- in and out was super easy, and hassle free. I will definitely return next year."

"Liked it, room was very spacious and clean overall!"
