"Excellent Choice for an Airport Stay The hotel does exactly what it is meant to do: provide convenient accommodation close to the airport, making it an ideal base for travelling to other destinations. It offers a good range of amenities and several options for grabbing a bite to eat. There is even a supermarket inside the hotel, which is particularly convenient. Breakfast at the affiliated restaurant was excellent, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The airport shuttle bus runs...

"Need upgrade the facilities.bed was terrible."

"Marroad International Hotel Narita Review. I stay here for the convenience. The location of this hotel is very close to NRT airport and they have free shuttle bus available depending how long you stay at the hotel and you’re able to go downtown. They have free shuttle buses that take you downtown for free. I will definitely stay here again."

"The room was very well designed, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. The amenities (lounge, 7eleven on site, restaurant) were all very useful for supporting our conference attendance. A short bus ride or pleasant walk to the train to downtown Tokyo."

"Exceptional Stay Once Again Stayed here again, and it was absolutely perfect! Outstanding experience as always—easily the best guesthouse in the area. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtful in every detail. Highly recommended to everyone!"

"This does not comfortably fit a group of 5 adults. It gets a bit crowded because it is small. There was definitely no way to use the hot tub, as it was tiny and the shower was crammed. The mattresses, towels and sheets were stained. The wallpaper was peeling and the place smelled like mold. We left this hotel a few nights early because we were concerned for our health staying here. We did however enjoy the area and it was pretty accessible by bus or around a 20 minute walk to the train station....

"Clean, spacious, all the appliances worked well and were labeled in English. The owner was also incredibly quick to respond when I messaged them, we had no issues but I'm sure if we did the owner would support us quickly and efficiently"
