Local comedy event meant the restaurant wasn't available to us on the evening we stayed. All sounds bad, but the hotel is clean, friendly and nice rooms, easy walk into Bastogne center, and at least the bar was open to residents!"

"Het eten in het restaurant was uitstekend.Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk.Burg-Reuland is een mooie streek om te wandelen. Badkamer is klein om je te kleden. Negatief was dat je in de kamers langs het zwembad gewoon geen internet hebt.In het hoofd gebouw heb je wel internet."

"We had a basic room (average amount of space, etc) Came with mini bar but no coffee in room. Shower leaked on bathroom flood and hair dryer did not work. Room key is required to keep lights on (and only one was provided for 2 people). Did not use pool or spa. Village is quite nice, location of hotel was good for visitors going to castle, other sites."
