"We arrived early and we were able to check in which was excellent news. The room was spotless and well maintained. All staff we encountered were pleasant friendly and always ready to help. Bed was really comfortable, breakfast was delicious and the location was ideal for us. We look forward to staying again and would highly recommend it!!"

"The staff were friendly and welcoming, any issues were resolved quickly. The room was clean and more than adequate for my stay although it was a little tired around the edges, blind was fraying and the paint could do with a little refresh. I didn’t use any of the other facilities, however the bar area looked clean and spacious and clear signage around the hotel to help you navigate."

"Mattresses and spare beds throughout the corridors. Dirty corridors rundown decor. You can see the staff are trying well the reception staff, but you can also feel the pain as they must constantly feel they have to apologise for the state of the place. Rundown, tired, dirty and needs investment. The sheets and towels are old and worn!! I will not be returning."

"For the most part the hotel was great. The reception staff were great except for one member who was unhelpful and rude. There was a stain (looked like blood) on the under sheet and this member of staff on the desk seemed nonchalant. The restaurant staff were amazing at breakfast especially Lin."

Less than 10 min walk to the Cardiff Central Railway Stsation a just crossing the street and you’re in the City Center shopping Center , loads of coffee shops , restaurants and less than 10min walk to the Castle. Being in Center , easy access to pick up points for day trips j. Clean , relatively new building, comfortable bed and pillows , huge room and the price not bad for such location"
