"This hotel has friendly staff, is close to major touristic spots, and we found it a very comvenient solution for our needs. Could it be better? Of course. Yet, the couple of things that we brougt up to the support staff were resolved within minutes and that is to be appreciated."

The Front Desk Agent, who was probably tired of repeating instructions of how to operate the elevator and the shower rushed through them. The room is small but I didn't have a problem w/ that."

"Weekend get away to see a Broadway Show and visit friends. The view of Central Park is absolutely spectacular. The staff is also excellent. Universally warm, welcoming people; from the door staff, desk, restaurant, etc. Clearly management attends to the culture of the staff. The room finishes are aging, and the air conditioning did not function effectively. Fortunately by closing the shades and using a fan, the room temperature was fine. Only downsides for us were the beds that were uncomfortably soft so for that reason, we probably won't be able to use the hotel again, which is a shame. Lovely restaurant next door, and location was great. "
