"This hotel is a gem. It’s right in the center of old Palermo, walkable to everywhere. But inside the hotel it is tranquil and quiet. There are a lot of public rooms and a large breakfast buffet. Overall, a great find for staying in the city."

"wonderful view and the room was very clean and nice"

"lOVELY HOTEL, QUITE MODERN WITH A SUPER AMAZING ROOFTOP RESTUARANT. &, OH MY - THE BREAKFAST. WORTH A VISIT FOR THAT ALONE! COMFY BEDS. HOWEVER, IT'S NOISY OUTSIDE, AS I IMAGINE MOST PLACES WOULD BE IN THE HEART OF PALERMO....."

"Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. Loud music and people talking loudly throughout the night made it impossible to sleep. While the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, the lack of a quiet and comfortable environment was unacceptable. A good night’s rest is a basic expectation at any hotel, and sadly, this hotel failed to provide it."

"There was nothing to fault. We were more than satisfied. Breakfast was abundant. Parking was a bonus. Thank you San Paolo Palace Hotel"

"Bed was comfortable. Hotel was a blend of old/charm and modern aesthetics. Kind of choppy layout of hotel. Has restaurant and spa-patronized both. Staff was helpful!"

"Das Zimmer war sauber. An einigen Stellen aber in die Jahre gekommen mit deutlichen Abnutzungserscheinungen. Die Lage vom Hotel war gut und man konnte zu Fuß schnell in die Stadt laufen."

We stayed four nights and the room was thoroughly cleaned and towels replaced each day. Bed was large and comfortable. Kettle & tea/coffee provided was welcome. Breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Staff (at reception, bar, breakfast and housekeeping) were all uniformly polite, helpful and welcoming....

"I want to express my sincere thanks to Pietro and Rosario for making my stay absolutely wonderful. Their exceptional hospitality truly enhanced my experience, and I am so grateful for their kindness and attentiveness throughout my time at the hotel."

"A very nice place overall. Large, clean rooms, a nice pool, good restaurant. Note that there are numerous cats residing on the premises and roosters that rise at about 4am."

"Clean room, could hear noise from the street in the room till late at night and early morning (rm102). Bathroom sink was not draining properly."

"Good"

"Centrally located, great staff."

"Thanks to Expedia we had great deal for a 2 night stay in the villas away from the main hotel on the seafront overlooking the beautiful bay. Unfortunately the villa my sister was allocated was poky and completely in the shade under a big tree but the friendly helpful Reception staff were able to relocate her 1 villa away from mine. However, we were very disappointed with Breakfast facilities. Given the excellent position of the hotel, we would have expected to have an option to eat outside or at...
