"I stayed here for one night while up in Leeds for some meetings and it was a very comfortable and pleasant place to be, conveniently located for the city center and station. The staff were all excellent, very helpful and welcoming. The room itself was a good size and with decent views. The only minor complaint is the floor was a bit dirty in the room, no big issue though and everything else was on point. Will stay again next time I'm in the city."

"Hotel reception very helpful. They had initially allocated us a room which required us to use stairs. My wife explained she had problems with her knee so they kindly reallocated us to a room accessible by a lift. The room was comfortable but there was a strange odour at entrance to the bathroom which we reported to reception. The hotel was very busy. We couldn’t get a table in the Dining Room before 8.45 which was rather late for us. The bar manager helpfully found us a table about 7pm which was ideal. Parking very limited and was full by the time we arrived early afternoon so we had to use multi storey about ten minutes walk away. Would certainly use again."
