"We stayed at the Only You Atocha twice. The location is by Atocha station, El Retiro and the Museums, which was perfect for us. We walked into center city for other attractions. Everyone was lovely. We were frustrated when we wanted dinner and rooftop (which is really lovely) was closed for a special event and a waitress didn’t know what all was available but the manager stepped in and was fantastic. The layout of the place is different. We really liked the hotel."

"Incredible!!! I had done so much research for a great hotel in Madrid and The Pestana hit the mark! While it is located in the center of a very “tourist” plaza, it is safe, quiet, and centrally located to quite literally everything. It provides a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Madrid. The restaurant/cafe is beautiful and delicious. There are two pools (rooftop & gorgeous subterranean old world spa) and in general very elevated amenities. And the service was outstanding! Every single person we encountered was friendly, kind, and helpful. Loved loved loved our 3-night stay here!"

"Trip was booked due to having to come from lanzarote to madrid for a eye operation hotel was very close to hospital beata maria ana and also close to centro ciudad reception was helpful and friendly room was cleaned and restocked with tea coffee milk everyday also bottle water on arrival and second day there..fridge in room "
