"The Carleton is my #1 choice when in Singapore The value and location is my main reasons for choosing the Carleton over all other hotels in the area. The Raffles Hotel, Chines and Raffles City mall is literally a walk across the street. There is a food pavilion with small restaurants and bars with live entertainment and TV's for sports in the lower courtyard. The MRT is a short walk. "The check in and check out was seamless, friendly and efficient. The concierge services were very good. In all, the staff were excellent. The only downside was the size of the room which was very ‘compact’ but for a short stay in Singapore it was ok for our purposes. "

"Great location for a quick overnight transit. They have a shuttle but it only stops at T1/T3. However, Grab car is a convenient option with prices ranging in the S$20-30 range. Lots of eating places close by (definitely walkable). Close to Changi Beach foe those who enjoy some fresh air and good views of planes arriving into Changi. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout. They do have a bfast buffet as well as a full restaurant onsite as well. "

"Good hotel in a prime location of Arab Street/Haji Lane/Bali Lane. Very friendly and kind staff working there. Property could do with some renovations, however it was still a really enjoyable experience. They even set up a play area in our room for our toddler (never experienced that before). Thanks :)"
