"A beautiful hotel in the stunning city of Lucca. The reception team were helpful in storing our bikes in the garage and we were given a welcome drink. Breakfast was lovely."

"Great hotel, not too far from either train station. Staff are lovely. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Only downside was our room, which despite being the largest room in the hotel, felt very impersonal and clinical, and the toilet flush was damaged, though it did work. Also we were in the eaves, so very little view or natural light. Access to the swimming pool was a bonus! Loved Montecatini, would stay again, but in a different room."

"I found the hotel was very handy with the 24 hour desk especially as flight was delayed and missed the last train to Lucca and had to get a taxi. Staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and airy. Would highly recommend"
