"This hotel was impossible to find using the hotels.com map link. The link took us out to the middle of nowhere (literally). We are thankful for the locals who got us back on track. The other confusion is that there is another similarly named hotel…. The hotel itself was comfortable, the staff are lovely and the traditional dinner was delicious. Would recommend. "

"Great hotel, check out was early, i could advice the only thing that was missing was other toiletries such as toothpaste and/or toothbrush. Otherwise happy with the room. The parking was a bit of an issue that there was no information about the parking. "

"This property was nice and clean to stay at, obviously about 50 years out of date and in the middle of nowhere but it was priced fairly well. There is literally nothing around this hotel but it is a great stopping place, nice and quiet. As for the 4-star rating that is not true. First time i got into one of the beds the wooden slats underneath broke and i had to fix it and you can hear everything going on in the rooms beside you because the walls are paper thin. "I arrived on Sunday, September 29. Neither my reservation with Expedia nor the hotel's site mentioned that the hotel front desk as well as the hotel is closed on Sunday. Luckily I received an email from the hotel a few days before my arrival that advised me of this and the fact that I had to access the key for my room at a lock box at the front door of the hotel using a code sent in the email and thus I was able to let myself into the hotel and my room. "Nice apartment/hotel. Very close to a supermarket, and walking distance to the bus stop. If you don’t mind walking about 10-15 minutes, you can get to some of the main streets with lots of shopping and restaurants, and even to the main plaza (Hauptplatz). No on-site staff, but responsive to emails. Minor issues: There’s a washer in the room (with no instructions for its use), but no dryer. There’s also no microwave, which would have made things very nice. I had to go out and buy a non-slip...
