"This was one of the most chaotic places I have ever stayed, staff tried hard but where clearly let down by a lack of training and management decisions. If you are not coming by car I would avoid as the "shuttle" service to the town is very hap harazard. It was cancelled on the day of departure with no notice. "This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. It was perfect. It is an easy walk through the pedestrian free zone. The location is perfect. The bus stop is just a block away. The lake is two blocks away. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast room was large and very pleasant. The food was abundant and offered many choices. The check in was easy and the front desk people were very friendly and offered many suggestions regarding activities and sights to see. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Zelle am See again. It was such a great value. "
