"Hotel in a great location. Easy to get to with ample paid parking around the hotel. The only flaws with our stay was the clogged drain in the shower which resulted in the entire bathroom area getting flooded. Having advised reception of this they said they were unable to swap rooms as the property was fully booked and no other alternative was provided. Lucky we had another family member staying in the room next us so we were able to shower there. Apparently the hotel doesn't have a handyman working the weekend."

"We combined a concert with a single-night stay at Double Tree. The room was neat and comfortable. The evening cocktails with food platter and buffet breakfast included in the deal were of high standard. Good value. An excellent experience overall."
