"Friendly helpful staff. Very nice room. Heated bidet toilet seat was a welcome touch."

"Wonderful experience"

"The property is great. Can't beat the location if you're looking for lots of commercial in walkable distance. The issue I have is I stayed there 2 weekends ago and have yet to receive my receipt. I have incidental charges of ~$270 on my credit card and have spoken to 4 different people since checking out, including the front desk and their customer service. I was told I'd receive a copy each time. The second to last time I was told it was being escalated and I'd receive in one business day....

"Great location for shopping and access to freeways"

"Jim the manager made our stay super special. All the staff was friendly and great"

"Proximity to everything, across the street from the convention center"

"Everything was wonderful!"

"Great if you’re looking for a staycation. Perfect little weekend retreat for a couple, not stressful. Didn’t have to leave much. Everything we needed was at the resort."

"Rooms and property are very clean"
